Hello,That is a very good question, the process is not any different however the difference will be on how you will hold title. feel free to call or email our office at 310-348-7878 option 3 to speak with one our Sr. Mortgage Advisors.
No difference in the process.
The both of you can certainly be on the loan together without being married. Please call me with any other questions or if you'd like ot get pre-qualified.Thanks much!Sincerely,Kirk877-262-4050 x3777NMLS 459105
Not a problem.. the only difference is that when you're married, you can both be on the same application.. when you're not married, then the lender needs 2 complete loan files, one from both.. so the paperwork is doubled.. That's pretty much the only major difference.. I'm a Broker here in Scottsdale AZ and I only lend in Arizona. If you or someone you know is looking for financing options, feel free to contact me or pass along my information. William J.
