Yes it is but a full analysis of your situation will be required. I have FHA with 3.5% down payment to scores as low as 530 and have closed more than one. Just be aware that compensating factors usually need to be present to offset your lower scores(ie. reserves, job stability, low debt ratio to name a few). You can refinance through a FHA program which accepts much lower credit scores. You can also look in to credit repair companies that can remove any possible collections that may be hurting your credit.
