That credit score is going to cause you big problems...

I am not sure who has the experience with our FHA Choice program in OK but we have it availablre nationwide and our mortgage bank underwrites them and funds them. I can only do them in CA. You do need to be able to put up a 10% down payment to qualify. Here are some phone numbers for you to contact. Ask forsomeone specializing in FHA choice for low credit scores.
