I would like to do a HARP2 refinance on a non-owner occupied property in Las Vegas. Can anyone help me with this?

Absolutely depending on the details. Your current loan must owned by Fannie Mae or Freddie Mac and you must meet the (less stringent) income and credit requirements. Please contact me if you wish to investigate your options: Email at robhanson@emortgagegroup.com or phone at 240-752-7549. Thanks!

Sure, I'm located in NY but can refer you to a partner within Las Vegas. Have you confirmed you have a Freddie or Fannie Mae owned loan?

Yes, there are many lenders that will be able to help you as long as your loan is backed by Fannie or Freddie and you meet other HARP requirements (income, credit, when the loan was originated, etc.).
