I want to do a cash out refi on my investment duplex, trying to get 80%+ ltv. Anyone do this?

More info needed, but in general, YES.. i have an 80% LTV on investment duplex.. The rate is not pretty, but it's not far off.. but much more info needed to know if you can qualify.. Credit scores, other existing debt, other properties, more than 10 properties owned, any major derogatory events, income, type of income, etc, etc, etc..
