I refinance my mortgage two lower interest about a year ago. is it possible to have a rate reduction again this year?

It is possible but you need to have your mortgage adviser go over all your options with you. Your mortgage adviser will need your complete mortgage scenario to be able to give you all your options .

It depends on what your rate is, as oppose to what rate you will qualify for now.

Technically, you can refinance whenever you want... Does it make sense and is it worth it is the big question. Talk to a local mortgage broker, let them run your numbers... If it makes sense, do it. www.MortgagesUnlimited.biz

Although you can refinance any time you wish, there has to be a benefit to you for the lender to approve it.. so if rates are lower than what you signed up for a year ago, there might be a benefit.. if you contact a local mortgage broker and give him your loan scenario details, he should be able to come up with some pretty accurate numbers just for you..
