I read on one of the blogs on this site that the rates are at the lowest ever. is that true?

Not necessarily the lowest "ever", but pretty low. If you are buying or have a need to refinance, locking a rate now would not be a bad move. There's a lot more room for rates to increase than there is for them to decrease. Gregorio Denny -- WeFixRates.Com --

actually they are at a 7 year low right now. We haven't seen these rates in a while. Either way you look at it, it is a great time to buy and even better time to refinance your loan.-Bill Dunger iServe Lending, WA

Yes, that's true. Rates are at the lowest they have been since rates have been tracked. Elliemae.com has historical rates posted going back into the 1980s. .... Nowhere, no time, have they ever been this low. ..... Happy funding, Rudi
