On time Closing
I just wanted to comment on Bill Dunger's performance with our home loan considering he made the process so easy and our closing was on time (in 22 days). We have bought several houses in the past and this was the first time we did not run into any issues or have to extend our closing date. If your considering a loan officer, do yourself a favor and atleast give Bill a call.

Bill Dunger is the proverbial "guy who gets it." Well read and highly professional, I continue to call on Bill to help my clients fulfill their home ownership dreams. Bill is honest, dependable, competent, and creative. On more than one occasion I have watched Bill take a disillusioned client, desperate to overcome an inadequate automated loan approval, and after restructuring the application to reflect the applicant's strengths - achieve a higher maximum loan amount than originally authorized, while lowering the DU/DO authorized interest rate! I fondly refer to Mr. Dunger as 'Billy Maestro,' because he orchestrates technology-based mortgage tools unlike anyone I have met over the course of a 23 year career in real estate.
