OK, great... Contact a local mortgage broker in your area. Give them a full application, and let them determine what you can qualify for, and what sort of savings you could expect. www.SaintPaulMortgageBroker.com
Much more info would be needed to properly advise you... the best way to find a Lender411 approved lender would be to select the "Community" tab above, and then select "Find a Lender".. type in your zip code and you should get a list of lenders who are more than qualified to help you with your loan.. I'm a Broker here in Scottsdale AZ and I only lend in Arizona. If you or someone you know is looking for financing options, feel free to contact me or pass along my information. William J. You appear to not have completed the value of the home "58,00. Also, of course, any professional mortgage rep., be it of a bank or mortgage brokerage firm, will need more information to be able determine what loan you would qualify for. I have worked with the older generation who mail me their documents as well as those who use the modern and secure method of electronic delivery, and finally fax works well from a home fax or a FED EX Kinkos. If you wish to have me determine what our mortgage bank will qualify you for..email me at lgray@clrloans.com or contact me at 415-962-1527.
Your best bet is to contact a local loan officer and complete a loan application so they can give you all of your options. There are many questions that have to be answered in order to provide with the correct information. Best wishes, Sean
