So, there really is no "Form Letter" for YOUR specific scenario. The lender wants to know from YOU, why YOUR income is lower than what minimum wadge pays... So, why is it? Put it in writing and sign it.. If you're having trouble with this, talk to your loan officer, and give him your explanation... he can help you write the letter.. William Acres provides an excellent answer that I hope supports you in getting clarity on what is it exactly you need to do. Is this one of the letters of explanation you must provide per a mortgage loan process you are currently in? Rather than minimum wage perhaps you mean "lower that what is needed to qualify for the amount of loan you need?" More information is needed for any of us to provide a more clear answer to your question perhaps.
