Being here in California I would be happy to do your qualification process for you on a VA home loan purchase, if you have not yet done so. I am a member of S F Lion's Veterans and a V A lender.
Maybe. It depends on how much of your VA eligibility was used up with that old home, and if you have any VA eligibility left. Talk to a good local VA lender in your area. We can generally get your VA Certificate of Eligibility for you, then with that, determine what, if any VA loan options you may have. For VA loans in MN, WI, and SD, look me up at www.VA-IRRRL-Loan-MN.com
Hi Mikeperry,The answer is YES depending on how much of your 2nd tier entitlement is available. My guess is you'll have more than enough left since your previous home was purchased 35 years ago. In addition the VA county loan limit just went up to $424,500 so that will add to your 2nd tier entitlement amount. Please feel free to contact me for more information or help. | John Burke | Senior Mortgage Banker | Great Plains Bank | http://www.valoansdoneright.com | (877)228-9069 | Lending in ALL 50 states
