I have some back taxes that are supposed to be paid off in 7 months. They don't show on my credit report. Can these amounts be excluded from my "debt"?

More info needed.. One of the questions on the 1003, residential mortgage loan application is "Are you presently delinquent or in default on any Federal debt or any other loan, mortgage Financial obligation bond, or loan guarantee?" If you answer this question "NO".. then you would be lying.. and that's loan fraud. So, even though the obligation does not show on the credit report, you still have to answer the question honestly.. and when you do, then the lender is going to need to see your payment history so it can be added to your debt. Also understand that if you are applying for any government guaranteed loan like FHA, VA or USDA, then the lender will run your file through CAIVRS which stand for "Credit Alert Interactive Voice Response System". This is a government system that lenders use to verify you have no outstanding federal debt.. so, again, if you say no.. the lender will find out if you owe..
