Hmmmm... this is a forum.. and although it's primarily related to mortgage questions, most real estate questions can be answered by us professionals.. but if you have too many questions to type out, then your going to have to do it the ole fashioned way.. pick up the phone and call someone.. If your questions are related to Real Estate, then call a local real estate agent.. if they are mortgage related, then call a local mortgage company.. I'm a Broker here in Scottsdale AZ and I only lend in Arizona. If you or someone you know is looking for financing options, feel free to contact me or pass along my information. William J. Acres, Lender411's number ONE lender in Arizona. 480-287-5714 WilliamAcres.com

If you have real estate questions, check with Realtors in your area. If you have mortgage questions you are welcome to send everything in an email to a person like myself who is a licensed mortgage originator. I would be happy help you with your questions.

Loan Officers and Real Estate Agents don't bite... I have an online chat service, and many many times, it ends up being 1000 times faster and better to just talk on the phone. Contact a local expert in your area for much better service.

I agree, you are best asking local Realtors your questions, possibly through your local MLS (Multiple Listing Service). Most are very happy to answer. Or, go to an open house and ask the agent showing the house your questions - usually they have a lot of time on their hands and it is a great time to ask questions.

I agree with what everyone else has said. Check with a local Realtor and they should be able to address all of your concerns.

Lender411 is a place where you can ask mortgage related questions. For your real estate questions, contact a local Realtor in your area.
