As long as your credit score and debt to income are in line you should be able to get a loan. You will need a copy of your college transcripts and degree proving when you graduated unless you have a two year job history.

There should be no problems with the lack of rental or mortgage history. As long as your credit, income and debt ratios are in line with what is acceptable for your lender you will be OK.

Hi, yes it's possible to buy even though you have never rented as long as your credit and income qualifies. We work with customer with scores as low as 580 on FHA / VA / USDA loans and would be happy to help. Please contact me for more information.Patty Harrisonpatty@smartmtgs.netwww.smartmortgageinc.com
