Is it possible to achieve this goal or is a 640 score the lowest. by JALLISON0429433 from , California. Mar 29th 2017
The short answer is yes.. I do have a lender who will allow USDA with credit scores between 610 & 620. Obviously, it takes more than a credit score to qualify, so we would need to analyze your complete loan profile in order to advise you properly.. Feel free to call and we can discuss your specific scenario and let's get you pre-approved!.. I'm a preferred Lender with California and Arizona being my primary markets. If you or someone you know is looking for financing options, feel free to contact me or pass along my information. 480-287-5714 WilliamAcres.com NMLS# 226347 / RPM Mortgage NMLS 1541014 / AZMB0121893
If wish to compare with a California lender who works with both credit issues, USDA, other government insured loans, and providing down payment and closing cost assistance you can reach me via my profile and I would be glad to assist you. It may be that you find the most desirable property for you not qualifying for a USDA loan and could take advantage of DPA and closing cost assistance.
