It takes more than a credit score to get a mortgage, and the "CreditKarma" scores are not the same as a mortgage company would obtain... most lenders require 640 or above, and a select few will go lower... however those that do go lower have some pretty strict guidelines, and few people qualify.. The real question is "Why?".. Why is your score so low.. Unless you let a mortgage professional review your complete scenario, it's anyone's guess to see if you can get approved.. I'm a Broker here in Scottsdale AZ and I only lend in Arizona. If you are ready to move forward, please feel free to visit www.123LoanYes.com and apply online. There are No Application Fees as you may have to pay with other companies, so please take a moment to reach out to me offline if you have any questions. You can be pre-approved in just minutes after you complete a full application. As noted in a previous comment, a Consumer Credit Score is not the same as a Mortgage Credit Score, but the score you received is a good indicator to start with. If you need any suggestions to increase your score for mortgage purposes, I would be an ideal person to work with. I pride myself in helping clients improve their credit to get pre-approved for the mortgage they are hoping to obtain! If I can help, please let me know and Good Luck!
Yes it would. We go down to 580 scores. Please e-mail me your information with some more details and I can see if we can issue you a pre-approval today. ken@mortgagesforamerica.org - P: 888-320-7888
We go down to 580 scores for an FHA loan but as long as your middle score is a 620 or better you would most likely want to look at your conforming options as well. Call us or email us at 201-962-3555 or Team@BestMortgageOption.com for ano cost no obligation analysis of your situation. Ask for Michelle or Benny We will find the Best Mortgage Option to suit your needs! You can check us out at www.BestMortgageOption.com We are also proud Homes for Heroes affiliates!
Yes it is possible, however your credit should be reviewed by a Loan Officer. We will need to check on all current and past accounts, public records and/or collections. The score alone would not be enough to confirm. A couple good programs for you to review would be Rural Development and FHA. If you would like more information, please let me know. jbodway@acceptancecapital.com
Yes, if in fact that is your mid score. I prefer to review your credit and see if there is any kind of corrections that can be made to increase your score which will give you a better rate. I lend only in Indiana so feel free to contact me at jphilips@unmhq.com
Yes it is possible but I would recommend working with a Mortgage Consultant to review your credit to see if there is an opportunity to fix any errors improving your score and in turn obtaining a better rate.jphilips@unmhq.com
FHA 203B allows for 3.5% down payment and seller credits toward closing costs.
Hi, yes we deal with lenders that will accept a score of 624 but I would need more information. Please contact me if you would like to discuss at andrea@monumentmortgage.net or 215-272-1157. Thanks, Andrea
You might have to go FHA
Yes, no problem FHA.....we go down to 600 with 3.5% Down. No need to credit repair as rates are very low, only a .25% rate change between 600 and 660 credit score.
Your options will be based on your total qualifications, not just your credit score. With the property in the Virgin Islands that may limit your options for what lender is able to help you.
We require a middle score of 640
