Yes, as long as you have made all your payments on time, had no late payments or delinquencies of any kind since the BK and the rest of your credit and income qualify you, you should be able to procure an FHA loan. You will need the court/trustees permission as well.

Yes you can as long as you are current on your BK payments and have made the previous 12 payments on time, get permission from the BK trustee and of course you still need to go through the normal approval process and have a local loan officer review your income, credit, assets and loan application.
