I filed a Ch 13 in Sept of 2009 and just finished my payment plan in May 2014. Can I apply for a conventional loan w 20% down?

I saw this question answered, per FNMA guidlelines from Mr. Johnson while traveling over the weekend. I would just add that you want to have at leasta 680 mid fico credit score.
