To get a formal and accurate quote you'd need to let the Laon Officer take an application but we can take some very basic information and discuss your options without running credit. Also, because rates change daily, I'd highly advise getting at least 3 quotes, all in the same day so you know where everybody stands in relationship to the other. We are VERY competitive so please feel free to call me at 970-232-2976 to discuss in more detail.

If your looking to see what you qualify for then you will need to answer some questions and have your credit pulled in order to get an accurate quote. Otherwise I can tell you you qualify for a 5 million dollar loan no money down no interest and we pay your monthly payment! ( totally sarcastic and not a real quote) Lol thats the type of quote you can get without providing your information.

You can get a quote... But without a full application and review of credit, it is just that... a quote. It holds no water, and may change significantly upon review of a full file by a lender.

There are lenders out there that will quote you or pre approve you without running your credit or even looking at your supporting documentation.. however I don't recommend this.. First of all, most reputable real estate agents wont even show you a home unless your fully pre approved.. and 2nd, lets say you find a home and you want to make an offer.. it can take 1-2 days to get pre approved.. and your realtor will not submit an offer without a pre approval letter... if she did submit an offer without one, then your offer would have very little weight when compared to other offers the seller might receive that do have pre approvals submitted with them.. but the most important reason you should get fully pre approved and submit all your supporting documentation, is because once your lender has all the required paperwork from you, then there are no surprises later.. I've had borrowers with 780 credit scores get denied because of something we fond on the tax returns, or within the bank accounts or credit reports.. It might be a hassle, but it's better knowing for sure than guessing.. I'm a Broker here in Scottsdale AZ and I only lend in Arizona. If you or someone you know is looking for financing options, feel free to contact me or pass along my information. William J.
