I bought a home with my husband and will be getting a divorce soon. Can I get a new loan if my name is still on the previous one?

It is often possible with proof that a spouse has an agreement and is making the payments to not have to count the payment in your debt to income ratio. I ought to know as I have had a number of loans wherein divorce has had to be dealt with.
