I am in! Just referring to the return of $$ of course, in jest. I do the investment loans for 1 to 4 unit residential property purchases only. If this is 5 units or more you definitely need to acquire the services of a commercial lender.
More info needed, but as a nearly 30 year real estate investor, I will say that a 100% annual return is near impossible to make.. so i would caution you on those numbers.. Most investors will jump at the opportunity to earn a 10% cap rate on investment properties.. but 100%, sounds too good to be true. Anyway, more details for the property are required.. residential? how many units? Commercial? what business are currently renting? etc, etc, etc..
