it really depends on the IRS and when you submitted your tax returns.it could be as short as 2 weeks , however this time of year it could take longer for the IRS to process your returns.I have an office in Crofton and Annapolisfeel free to call me 443-537-9866 or emarez@thefederalsavingsbank.comErnesto
It depends.. IRS Transcripts are ordered through a 3rd party service, but they rely on the expediency of the IRS.. Because we're right in the heart of filing season, Transcripts are taking longer than normal.. Things that will delay them even more.. If you have Obama Care insurance, If your self employed or your return is a complex return with multiple schedules, or if you are filing a 1040X (Amended return) these can all cause delay in the processing of your transcripts.. I'm a Broker here in Scottsdale AZ and I only lend in Arizona. If you or someone you know is looking for financing options, feel free to contact me or pass along my information. William J. Acres, Lender411's number ONE lender in Arizona. 480-287-5714 WilliamAcres.com
it depend on where you are on the country and how busy the IRS is. I've received them back in one or two days but lately it's been taking several weeks. Unfortunately the mortgage lender is really has no control over the time it takes when it comes to the IRS.
The IRS has to process your return, and as the others have mentioned, at this time of year it can take 30-90 days in some cases. Lenders have no control over it. Once the IRS loads into the system the tax transcripts a lender can then use a third party company to order copies and they are usually received in 1-2 days in most cases. So if you wanted your 2013 tax return it would be available in 1-2 days, but if you just filed 2014 you need to wait for the IRS to do their job.......good luck with that! If you haven't yet filed a past return and need it immediately, you can call the IRS Tax Advocates Office and they can sometimes expedite a return if it is critical, such as for the purchase of a new home. This process usually takes 2-3 weeks if you stay on them! I lend in MD, DC, VA, & WV. Call me if I can assist further. Scott Kinne - V.P. - NMLS# 182351, First Heritage Mortgage - 703-293-6146.
You can login to the IRS website and pull your Tax transcripts instantly off their website. Ask the lender if they will accept them, they are the same they order
