There is no waiting period, but FHA loans are not intended for "flip" transactions and it is possible that you could be investigated if you immediately put it back on the market after purchase. As long as there is a good reason for you to sell quickly after purchase there is no reason to hesitate. After 6 payments that is much less likely.
You can sell any time, but FHA requires the property be your primary residence for at least one year prior to you renting out the property (with a few exceptions).. and you can only have one FHA loan out at a time, but again there are a few exceptions.
