How does a person who is unemployed show income???

by seanjbrown1001@gm... from Columbus, Ohio. Jul 7th 2014 Reply

Steven Ceceri (123LoanYes)
#12 ranked lender in Rhode Island - 723 contributions

If someone is unemployed, the only income that could be possibly considered would be unemployment benefits. This is typical for a seasonal worker, but a 2 year history of collecting these types of financial benefits must be demonstrated. Without any proof of income/employment, there will be no financing available.

If you are unemployed and receive unemployment benefits, you could potentially use these to qualify. Like Steven stated, you will have to show a two year history of collecting these benefits and these benefits must be expected to continue for at least 3 years.

YES ,to both statements below.. and most states unemployment, will only extend to 18 months if you are lucky., THIS is different than disability ..IF you need to refi or what ever, I do have one program that does not require verification of income, but it does require very good credit, not over extended or late.. and a score around 660 and up.. my email is merchantsonthego@outlook.com
