More information is needed, not sure what you are asking, but I would speak to an attorney regarding what your entitled to if you are getting a divorce.

You don't... if the property was purchased jointly, then regardless of who paid the down payment, its considered jointly owned. If your inquiring about how to settle during a divorce, then that's a question for an attorney.. I'm a Broker here in Scottsdale AZ and I only lend in Arizona. If you or someone you know is looking for financing options, feel free to contact me or pass along my information. William J. Good points from William. Or, go talk to an attorney about how to structure an ownership agreement.
