The best advice I can give you is to contact a LOCAL mortgage broker and apply with them. Do not use the local "Big" bank, or one of those 50 states internet lenders or nationwide lenders...By applying with your LOCAL Broker, you have an advantage because he's familiar with local customs and works with numerous lenders, seeking out the best loan terms for your particular scenario. Because he has lower overhead, he can offer you lower rates and lower fees than most of the larger lenders.. I'm a Broker here in Scottsdale AZ and I only lend in Arizona. If you or someone you know is looking for financing options, feel free to contact me or pass along my information. William J. Acres, Lender411's number ONE lender in Arizona. 480-287-5714 WilliamAcres.com
Contact a local mortgage broker... Get approved for financing... Once approved, connect with a Real Estate Agent...
First you will want to speak with a mortgage broker to determine how much you qualify for and to get pre-approved for your home purchase. Once you know how much you can afford, then find a Realtor to help you with your home search and find homes that meet your requirements within your budget. We are a licensed California mortgage banker, serving the entire state of California. Feel free to give us a call at 858-605-0952 to go over your financial position and to determine how much you qualify for at no obligation.
You should contact a financial institution like a bank, credit union, or mortgage broker company to see how much you can qualify for based on your income, credit score, and overall debt. Once you are given a pre-approval amount, then contact a Realtor to help you through the process. The process from start to finish can be done rather quickly, but should take no longer than 45 days. Open Mortgage does have offices throughout the state of CA that can help you through the entire process.
