I work with a lot of vets, and I am fundraiser for a transcaational housing project for when the service men and women, get out of the service, they have a place to live for free, go back to school, readjust into main life again. if you have the equity , and the credit , and needed to refi, I would suggest a conventional , not a VA , there might be situations, going back to a va loan, but you will be fine the way you are ... linda yourloanpartnerforlife@live.com
