We are a wholesale lender. We are specialized in FHA 203k and 203b loans. If you are a borrower i would reccomend visiting your local mortgage lender for assistance. Do not go to a BIG BANK they will not be able to help.

There are a lot of lenders out there doing Freddie unlimited.. But there still seems to be a problem with Freddie LP getting an approval. If you looking for a HARP loan, you should contact a local mortgage broker, not the bank or your current servicer,,, they won't be able to help you.. if you're a mortgage professional, you should contact a few of your competitors and ask who they are using.. There are lenders out there offering this product.. I'm a Broker here in Scottsdale AZ and I only lend in Arizona. If you or someone you know is looking for financing options, feel free to contact me or pass along my information. 480-287-5714 WilliamAcres.com

We are, but unfortunately we do not hold a GA license. Look for a local Mortgage Banker/Broker to get this done for you. Avoid the big banks because none of them are willing to help if you are over 105%. ~ Bert Carpenter, The LoansA2z team of NOVA Home Loans ~ NMLS 40586 ~ www.LoansA2z.com 888-889-9950

I think a better question is can you even get an LP Accept to get that done in the first place? Frankly, I don't know anybody who has had consistent success getting the automated approvals necessary to complete these higher LTV loans with Freddie Mac. I've heard they are working on getting their system to approve more of these, but still haven't seen changes take effect myself. Best of luck to you!
