I'm in Ohio as well and I can originate that loan subject to the conditions previously stated. You must own the land under the home, it cannot be in a flood plain and it must be at least a double wide or bigger. And newer than 1976. Call me for details.216 337 7520 Ray

Yes there are specific requirements for Manufactured houses to qualify for FHA financing. Most agents in your local market that are doing manufactured housing should know these and not accept an offer on one that wont pass.

FHA has their guidelines, and each lender has additional guidelines above what FHA calls for.. so for MFH's, it's a lot more difficult to find financing.. Try contacting a local mortgage broker and let him go to work for you... I'm a Broker here in Scottsdale AZ and I only lend in Arizona. If you or someone you know is looking for financing options, feel free to contact me or pass along my information. William J.
