Your score is not an issue, but you do need to make sure that you meet all of the additional HARP qualifications. For instance your property has to be owned or guaranteed by Freddie Mac or Fannie Mae, the last time you did any financing on this property had to be prior to May 31st 2009 and you have to have a clean 12 month mortgage history currently. You should be fine with your score. I can go down to 580 on a HARP loan. I only lend in Florida.
