Does the VA give out loans other than Mortgage Loans. I need a Personal Loan in the area of $7,000 dollars.

VA loans are a mortgage loan product.. try your local credit union.. they are a good source for personal loans.. you do need to have good credit regardless of which loan product you end up applying for.
