Does disability income count on mortgage qualification?

Yes, as long as the income will continue for at least 3 years it can be counted for qualification.

Yes, and in most cases we count it at 125% of what you receive.

Only if it can be proved that it is likely to continue for the next 3 years.. So if it's permanent, then yes.. but if it's a temporary disability or workman's compensation, then probably not.. ..
