If you wish to buy a home in the city limits of Kokomo, you will need a down payment from a $100 down up to 3.5% for an FHA Insured Home Loan. Unless, of course you are a veteran of the US military in which you could apply for a VA Guaranteed Home Home Loan. If you choose to buy a home in the outlier areas such as Galveston, Sharpsville, Russiaville, etc you could apply for 100% financing via an USDA Guaranteed Rural Home Loan.

Unless you are a veteran or are using the USDA Rural Developement loan you will need 3.5% down at minimum.
