Can you be more specific as to what is going on and what you are asking? Generally you would never talk to the VA directly. You would work with your lender.
I concur with Joe Metzler...you definitely want to consult with a qualified VA lenderwho covers Florida lending. VA provides insurance protection to the lenders who in turn provide the loans. The VA does have specific rules we need to follow. I do have an associate who does VA loans in Florida, however you would not be able to use it until the construction was completed. As far as lenders who provide VA insured construction loans they are very rare as most banks do not provide them.If you mean the home is currently getting constructed and you need to be ready with your VA loan, then please get qualified by a VA lender/broker asap!Otherwise, if you really need a loan that covers the construction, you might google for VA insured construction loans and see what comes up. Be sure and do your research on any lender though you find!
