You're going to have difficulty finding a loan for a mobile home without pretty good credit. Try a smaller local community bank, or possibly a credit union. Otherwise, you may need to work on establishing credit and improving your score and profile.
Mobile home loans are tough to get with good credit. I'd work on fixing your credit before trying to get a loan.
Very few lenders do secured loans against manufactured homes.. especially if you don't own the land.. if it's paid for, then there might be someone local, but you'll have to check local sources.. .. We do them if the home has some sort of permanent foundation and you own the property it is on. I do not understand why no credit is coming up if you have an Aarons account, if at least for 6 months. It is ok to pay it off every month. You should ask them why are they not reporting to the credit bureaus. Only one trade line still should cause credit scores when pulling credit. You may want to maybe get a simple small limited secure or unsecured credit card or two. All it takes is using it very sparingly. Lenders just want to see evidence on your credit report that you are paying revolving credit or installment loans on time. It is ok to pay revolving credit down to 0 every month. Some people maintain 3 to 5 trade lines seemingly forever, while always keeping them to 0 balance or close to that consistently and receive high credit scores.
