417k is standard nationwide however there are high cost counties that you can go into a super conforming type product. In Kansas and Missouri all counties are 417k. Feel free to contact me directly, my office is located at 11th & main in Kansas City MO near the Sprint Center and P&L

Conventional loan limits are set at $417K nationwide, however there are area's that are determined to be "High Cost" area's and for those exceptions, they can be higher.. (NY, Hawaii,LA, etc..). I'm a Broker here in Scottsdale AZ and I only lend in Arizona. If you or someone you know is looking for financing options, feel free to contact me or pass along my information. William J. Jill,Great question! $417,000 is the maximum in Missouri. I do have other products that are similar to Conventional Loans as far as qualifying that we offer under our Portfolio Lending Platform. There are not set guidelines, but for OK credit, probably looking at a max of 1.5 Million. Feel free to contact me at justin.murray@CharterOneBank.com or Apply Online at www.RehabandConstructionLoans.com. All the best!
