do all lenders give you the same offer if approved

Thank you for your question. The answer is no. Lenders range based on the products they offer. We are a direct lender and have the most competitive products, rates and fees in the nation. I would have to get a better understanding on the scenario.

No, all lenders do not offer the same rate. Rates and terms vary from lender to lender, that's way it is so important to shop around when looking for a mortgage. We are a mortgage lender in California and would be happy to provide a quote for you. Feel free to contact us.

Not only do lenders offer different rates and fees, but more importantly lenders have differing underwriting guidelines. This ca affect whether or not you get approved for the loan you're seeking or even down to how much documentation you may have to supply for the same loan from lender to lender.Equally as important is the pre-approval. I have seen many of my competitors doing a quick look type of pre-qualification rather than a full review of your entire package. This has landed many home buyers in a difficult predicament as they go to buy their home and find out in the middle of the process that they actually don't qualify as they thought they had.If you need assistance from a very thorough and solid lender I'm happy to assist.Jason Wood 760-217-0820 www.mylenderjason.com

All lenders are different, and therefore you will never get 100% the same exact deal. With that said, the bulk of lenders are incredibly close in the group they are in. Banks, brokers, and mortgage companies... The bigger challenges is understanding the various interest rate and closing cost offers between lenders.

Hi - I'm a loan agent that works in Sonoma County! The lending business is very competitive, so you will find some lenders have lower rates than others. There's also a difference in the fees charged by lenders, so its wise to compare rates and fees. And as mentioned by the others here, lenders can have different guidelines that can make it easier - or harder - to get loan approval. I'm with Homestreet, and we are known for easier underwriting and great rates - please contact me and I can go over your loan options with you. Marty Stern, 707-364-4115

hi:You should get a comparison from several lenders and avoid having your credit pulled many times if possible due to credit inquiries. If one pulls all your 3 scores should suffice to shop around and advise other lenders your 3 scores just pulled recently. Rate will be different from every broker/lender. fees... Our fees here are minimal and we can assist with closing costs if needed. Bank Lending Nationwide NMLS 754875. Mike 703 505 5300
