Hello (Jerry?),I can work with that score for a 203(k) absolutely. Whether your income is enough depends on how much you are borrowing and how much other debt you have. (Information not suited for a public forum possibly!) I'm happy to help with the financing or just give you advice. So if you need more information, or a competing rate quote call, email or use my live support button to discuss or get in touch with me. Web Address is: http://www.loansfromrob.com/quote/ Email is rhanson@gladewaternational.com and direct phone is 240-752-7549. Good Luck -- Rob Hanson

Your inquiry does not give any lender enough information to give you can answer. Contact a local mortgage broker, give them a full application, and let them zero in on your exact situation...

Possibly, but hard to determine until you have a licensed loan officer review your credit, income, and debt as well as your house's potential value. I am not a FHA 203K lender but qualifications are similar. Ken Baltes American Security Mortgage.

As one who does 203K FHA purchase and refinance loans in California, I encourage you to chat with a mortgage broker rep. or bank mortgage rep. experienced in doing the loan so they can give you a better picture of your qualifications and what to expect. I can refer you to my North Carolina affiliateif you wish.

Yes - we are in NC, and have offices in Greensboro and we can do 203K loans based on the qualifications you are describing. This is a different process, and it's much easier if you have a team of folks working with you who are familiar with how you get the recommendations required :) Congratulations on your decision to buy a home, call us when you are ready! 919 649 5058, Steve and Eleanor ThorneRCBNAhttp://ncfhaexpert.com
