Condo inspections

Are you talking about a home inspection, or something different? Home inspection fees are set by the inspector you hire - ask your Realtor what is typical in your area. Here it could be as little as $200-250.

Not enough info.. Home inspections range from $200-$600, Appraisal inspections range from $250-$600, and Condo Questioner's range from $0- $250. All of this is depending on your lender, appraiser, or home inspector.. between your real estate agent, title company, and lender, they should have some referrals sources to pass on to you that will offer the lowest pricing.. I agree with the lower suggestion of $200 to $250! It is a condo...how much should you have to pay for a condo inspection? You may only need to get a pest inspection ($150 est.) for your own benefit. What did your realtor say? It must be a nice condo if it is in Alamo. I have only done mortgage loans for single family homes in Alamo.
