You sure can s long as you meet the minimum requirements. I used VA entitlement on my last loan and got a much better rate than I would have on a conventional loan at the time. Of course it sounds as though you probably wish to make a home purchase and may use your full benefits to put no money down. Obviously, some of the other commenters provide VA loans as do I.
