Not in the standard traditional loan market. But you may find one in the non-conforming non-traditional market if you search the country high and low. If you do find one, be prepared to pay the piper for the privilege. Good Luck.

Yes and no.. As Joe said.. conforming guidelines require 20% down, but 25% + is preferred.. Otherwise, you are looking at portfolio financing.. I have a program which allows for 15% down.. I have the same to say as Joe and William except I am here in California and do a lot of loans in Sacramento and surrounding areas. I do use a portfolio loan to be able to put down less for an investment purchase loan.
