You certainly can. Most banks, and certainly the major ones, do them. For manyloan brokers/mortgage only banks.... a mortgage loan under $50,000 is not something most of them do. However there may be some exceptions. In your shopping you can include both types of lenders to see what they offer.

It will tough to find a mortgage for under 50K. Most lenders have a low end cap on what they will do.

Yes, you can finance loan for under $50,000 thousand. I have seem some lenders with minimum loan amounts, so you may need to shop around with local mortgage bankers / brokers or credit unions.

Yes and No... most lenders will not do a loan under $50K because the current laws restrict how much a lender can make on a loan.. and for $50K, it's just not enough to be profitable.. Some local community banks and credit unions might be able to help you, expect them to solicit you for other banking products as well.. I'm a Broker here in Scottsdale AZ and I only lend in Arizona. If you or someone you know is looking for financing options, feel free to contact me or pass along my information. William J.
