You may be able to, it depends on the overall picture and credit profile - along with other qualifications besides credit. Definitely don't apply now if you are currently late or past due...

Over a hundred different items are considered when determining one's eligibility, so without looking at your complete loan profile, it's impossible to say.. But in general, if the late payment was between 90 to 180 days or older, then depending on which type of loan your applying for (FHA, VA, USDA, Conventional), you should be ok assuming you meet all other eligibility requirements.. .. I'm a Broker here in Scottsdale AZ and I only lend in Arizona. If you or someone you know is looking for financing options, feel free to contact me or pass along my information. William J. That depends on the loan program you select as well as a number of other factors. Contact a lender to go over your financial profile in detail and determine if you are eligible.
