Your almost always better off dealing with the lender that is local to the property your financing.. the local broker being your best option.. he will be familiar with local customs and intricacies, where most internet or nationwide lenders wont.. and it's the unfamiliarity's that can cause delay's in getting your file closed on time.. .. There are plenty of CA companies that do business in AZ so the answer is yes. My company is based in CA and we used to business in AZ. FirstCal mortgage is a great CA company based in Petaluma with offices in AZ so that could work for you.
