Your almost always better off dealing with the lender that is local to the property your financing.. the local broker being your best option.. he will be familiar with local customs and intricacies, where most internet or nationwide lenders wont.. and it's the unfamiliarity's that can cause delay's in getting your file closed on time.. .. I'm a Broker here in Scottsdale AZ and I only lend in Arizona. If you or someone you know is looking for financing options, feel free to contact me or pass along my information. 480-287-5714 WilliamAcres.com
