You bet, we can go down to a 620 score, and rates are great right now! We are seeing high 3's on the USDA product. It really is a great option, one of the best available right now. Thanks-Dave CapraRed Rock Home Loansdave@redrockhomeloans.com435-986-2220
620 is the minimum. Make sure you do not own any other real estate property, get pre-qualified with a lender, and start looking for a property in an eligible area. USDA loans are really good loans. dana@utloanofficer.com
Yes you can!
You sure can. We do USDA down to 620. There are also some additional zero-down programs available and some areas have grants you can use as down payment with other loan programs. Give me a call at 801-971-7916 to discuss your options. Thanks, Cory
In theory, yes... In practice, maybe... USDA sets a minimum credit score requirement, and the actual lender can have a different credit score requirement. Most USDA lenders have a 640 minimum score, but a lot of them will also go to a 620. USDA does have more stringent rules for lower scores, so just because you meet a score requirements, does not mean you meet all requirements. Just apply with a local mortgage broker...
