These days you can but you can but would you really want to do something as serious and personal as a home loan with an entity whom you know nothing about and can't sit and talk with them face to face? It usually isn't any cheaper and you will lose out on good customer service. The online companies look great for rates,fees, extra, but when you do a loan, it is big decison, and will want the personal attention of a experienced loan officer.. It is possible to be Approved for financing with out meeting with the loan officer by doing everything online. Of course loan officer such as myself love to meet clients becasue it allows us to better understand your needs and other financial concerns you may have.
