These days you can but you can but would you really want to do something as serious and personal as a home loan with an entity whom you know nothing about and can't sit and talk with them face to face? It usually isn't any cheaper and you will lose out on good customer service. Your best bet is to find a local mortgage broker who can talk with you personally and see to it that your needs are handled properly...something you can't do with an on-line lender.

Absolutely. Make sure you are working with a LICENSED Mortgage Banker/Broker, rather than one of the big banks or big national mortgage factories. Unlike a bank employee, who is most likely just an order taker, a Mortgage Broker/Banker is Trained, Tested and Licensed in all aspects of Mortgage Origination. We have access to loan products of many lenders, not just those of one bank, and can properly guide you. But more importantly, we are trained to take a look at the various different options available to you and guide you into the one that makes the best sense for your situation. Although I am not licensed to originate in VA, NOVA Home Loans is. Follow this link https://www.NovaHomeLoans.com/applynow.asp?lo_user=Bert.Carpenter to our secure on-line application. I will make sure your application is handled by one of our VA Licensed Originators ~ Bert Carpenter, The LoansA2z team of NOVA Home Loans ~ NMLS 40586 ~ www.LoansA2z.com 888-889-9950

IT iS not always the best way.. Nowadays, you need to deal with a loan officer that has had time in this industry, and a personal touch..I have over 25 yrs in this industry, so I have seen a lot of changes... The online companies look great for rates, fees, extra, but when you do a loan, it is big decison, and will want the personal attention of a experienced loan officer.. You can email me at yourloanpartnerforlife@live.com linda i do construction loans and also regular loans, and yes, I can work in your state... linda 602-330-1598

It is possible to be Approved for financing with out meeting with the loan officer by doing everything online. Of course loan officer such as myself love to meet clients becasue it allows us to better understand your needs and other financial concerns you may have. However, a good loan officer can spend time speaking with you on the phone to walk you through the process and your loan options. I do lend in ALL of VA, MD, DC, & WV so I would be happy to talk with you on the phone. You can call me at 703-293-6146, or 866-833-loan (5626) x 6146. thanks.
