Can i be on the fha loan if I do not live in the property?

You can obtain an FHA loan as a non-occupant co-borrower if another person on the loan will be living on the property.

Yes - but only as a non-occupant co-borrower. At least one borrower one the loan must live in the home as their primary residence.

YES... FHA loans allow for what is known as "non-occupying co-borrower". All applicants must meet score requirements. You can not use a person with good credit to offset someone with weak credit. All it can really be used for it to increase qualifying income.
