There are lenders out there who will do this, yes.....I would recommend contacting a local mortgage broker in your area.

As per VA yes you can, if you can possibly get your scores to 620 it will give you more options.

Although credit score qualifying at a 600 mid-FICO score is a possibility, you will be subjected to more stringent underwriting. It would be in your best interest to fine tune your credit so that you can get your score above a 640 mid-FICO score. God Bless and Good Luck!
