A lender would need to know what your current monthly debt obligation is as well as past credit performance, housing history, employment history and down payment before they could make a determination as to your ability to qualify under current guidelines. We could certainly help you navigate the guidelines. Call me at 480-231-2089 or email reneegerke@peoplesmortgage.com

There's more to mortgage approval than just a credit score and income.. And unless someone knows the complete loan scenario, it's hard to just say yes or no.. I will say that your credit score is sufficient, depending on how much you intend to put down, and 350K a year is enough to service the loan... but what other obligations do you have? How long have you been on your job?? How long have you been making $350K per year?? Is it commission, salary, hourly or are you self employed?? if you want to know for sure if you can get approved, rather than guessing, you need to contact a local mortgage broker, not the local bank (they hate jumbo loans), and certainly not one of those 50 states, internet lenders... I'm a Broker here in Scottsdale AZ and I only lend in Arizona. If you or someone you know is looking for financing options, feel free to contact me or pass along my information. 480-287-5714 WilliamAcres.com

Yes, we have the ability to lend with a 690 credit score but will need some more details before we can say for sure like debt to income ratio, and down payment. Fell free to call or email me if you would like to discuss your options 602-531-7040 or jafonso@azhomerates.com. Thank you.

Generally speaking, you have not provided anywhere near the amount of information needed for any lender to make any sort of decision... BUT, most lenders will offer jumbo loans to someone with a 690 score, and most lenders will allow you to purchase a home at about 4 times your yearly income. As others have said, these days you will need to provide alot more info to give a clear picture of your position. Your credit is ok, Income if verifiable is ok. What do you have for a down payment?
