As of Sept/01/2013 what date is USDA working on for NC loans

For most lenders, underwriting is 3 to 5 days.. however with USDA, your file is underwritten twice.. once by your lender and again by USDA.. Currently USDA is underwriting at about 10 days behind.. .. I'm a Broker here in Scottsdale AZ and I only lend in Arizona. USDA is Department of the Federal Government , they wil be back to work on the 3rd of September.
